Boil the chicken in salted water (the salad will be tastier if baked in the oven with spices). Cool it, cut it and disassemble it into small fibers. Fry chopped onions and coarsely grated carrots until golden brown.

Cooking time: 40 minutes.

  • olive oil – 20 ml.
